1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Make App Shots ("Service", "we", "us") at makeappshots.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Make App Shots is a web-based tool that uses AI to help developers and marketers generate App Store and Google Play Store marketing screenshots. The Service allows you to upload app screenshots, select design templates, generate localized copy, and export store-ready images.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all screenshots and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your files solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Upload malicious files or content that violates any law.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or billing.

6. Plans and Billing

• Free plan features are subject to limits as described on the Pricing page.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.

7. File Retention

Uploaded screenshots and generated outputs are stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2. We do not guarantee indefinite storage. Files associated with inactive free accounts may be purged after 30 days.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated copy will be approved by Apple or Google, or that generated screenshots will meet all store guidelines. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before submission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Make App Shots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or revenue.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
